What you'll be doing:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin & Development:

- Support Global Leisure Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem
- Manage user roles, permissions, and data security
- Ensure data integrity through audits and best practices and bug resolution
- Document requirements and changes

Integration Management:

- Working with APIs (REST / SOAP) to develop and test
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other MarTech and analytics tools
- Ensure seamless data flow for analysis and reporting
- Perform data configuration, manipulation, and segmentation
- Write/test SQL, SSJS, and AMP scripting
- Design, execute, and optimise automated marketing campaigns
- Develop Personalization Templates and Advanced Segmentation
- Provide expertise in SQL, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages
- Stay updated on Salesforce Marketing Cloud features
- Optimise system and enhancements
- Gather feedback for user adoption improvement

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a developer
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certifications
- Administrator certification highly desirable (Salesforce Certified Administrator) required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
