About the Position:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the promotion of Olive Turkish Restaurant, driving brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative sales and marketing strategies. This role involves leading a small team, managing client relationships, and collaborating with other departments to enhance the restaurant's market position.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with ANZSCO standards to promote the restaurant.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track performance and inform decision-making.
Collaborate with other departments, including kitchen and operations, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Manage the marketing budget to optimize promotional campaigns and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality.
Proficiency in Turkish to communicate effectively with other departments.
Required skills: Strategic planning, leadership, communication, market analysis, budgeting, and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
