About the Role

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated contracts administrator who is looking for a diverse role, helping on site occasionally as well as stepping up into Project Management roles. With a substantial pipeline of works over the next 5 years, you'll take ownership of financial status of the construction division to ensure that it maintains its financial budgets & goals. This role offers autonomy, the chance to work directly with the asset owner/developer, and the ability to make a tangible impact on a significant construction portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Subcontractor negotiations
  • Tender documentation
  • Writing scopes
  • Financial reporting
  • Negotiating with Suppliers
  • Claims management
  • Subcontractors contract compliance
  • Assisting site with procurement

Qualifications

  • Requires a Cert IV in Construction Management

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Project
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in Word
  • Experience in Project Management roles

Desirable Skills

  • Proficient in Procore project management software
