Business Improvement Manager - Air Fulfilment, Content and Operations
Location: Australia and New Zealand (AU/NZ locations supported)

What you will be doing- Offshore management – relationship and resource management, proactively monitoring performance and SLAs. Drive continuous improvement of business and operational processes within the Air Systems team, including offshore partners.
- System administration and maintenance – facilitate and participate in testing of systems and release management. Manage automation (RPA and chat bots) to ensure maximum uptake.
- Design and deploy systems or processes to maximise consultant productivity, automation, and efficiency (including offshore partners).
- May lead small to medium-sized projects using project methodologies; may be involved in large projects as a team member.
- Communicate regular priority and status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical specialists to transition new work to offshore partners.
- Analyse, validate and document current and future state requirements and processes.
- Identify and communicate risks and issues; work with the change team to articulate stakeholder impacts.
- Provide expertise for on- the-training activities and review training materials; partner with change specialists and business leaders to champion change and integrate processes back into the business.
- Minimum 5 years of travel industry experience
- 3 years in system administration roles or working with offshore partners
- Strong understanding of Air Fulfilment (Ticketing), content distribution systems and booking flows
- Experience with new product development, product delivery, customer/product analysis
- Process design and/or business analysis
- Multi GDS knowledge
- Project management experience using methodologies and practices
- Senior leadership/experience in an influential role desirable
The business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm – plus some reasonable outside of standard office hours to service global business partners.
LocationThe role can be based in all AU/NZ locations with FCTG HQs.
