The role

The Commercial Fuel Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing 7-Eleven's commercial fuel customer base across the partnerships and fuel card account customer portfolios. The Commercial Fuel Account Manager will lead the development of strategic account plans, with an in-depth knowledge of the B2B customer lifecycle.

About The Role

  • Be a passionate and motivated B2B sales professional to build and strengthen our customer relationships
  • Support the growth of the Commercial Fuel portfolios to meet sales performance targets
  • Work collaboratively with our internal and external key stakeholders

What's In Your Toolkit
  • Demonstrated experience in key account management of large and complex business customers
  • Developing and implementing compelling strategic account plans
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships at multiple levels of customer organisations
  • Ability to develop initiatives using data and analytics, coupled with the ability to leverage the experiences and input of relevant subject matter experts
  • Well-developed commercial and financial acumen
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively
  • Previous experience in the fleet or fuel industry is desirable
  • Previous experience with card based, loyalty or partnership programs is desirable

  • Developing growth strategies and account plans for key accounts
  • Tracking performance, preparing reports, and identifying opportunities for account retention and growth
  • Preparing and presenting high quality proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Providing input into the development of products and value proposition
  • Working with the Commercial Fuel team to contribute to the overall objectives and targets
  • Working with relevant internal stakeholders to develop marketing programs
