About Intraceuticals

Intraceuticals is a unique line of spa treatments and complementary skin care products based on innovative and progressive technology. Intraceuticals Clinic Treatments, the brand's signature innovation, use oxygen under pressure and cutting-edge hyaluronic acid technology to promote the delivery of specially formulated serums to the skin. These specialised treatments and accompanying home care products target the most common skin concerns with visible, clinical results and dramatic accumulative effects. Our goal is to optimise the performance of our products by only using what the skin needs which includes treating the skin with the nourishing power of our scientifically selected radiance boosting active ingredients. Our treatment and products show immediate visible results but also ensure long term skin health.

About the Role

As an Account Manager/New Business Development, you will report to the Australian Sales Manager and be responsible for driving sales growth, building, and maintaining strong customer relationships, prospecting for new customers, organising events for customers and doing demonstrations to prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the promotional plan for existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Prospect and open new customer accounts.
  • Achieve monthly KPI targets.
  • Train and coach customer's staff.
  • Administration to maintain territory analytics.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business to business experience with Day-Spa, Hotel/Resort and Medi Spa
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skill, selling, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
  • Proven track record to pursue and acquire new customers.
  • Analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Relationship management and excellent presentation skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft office and CRM management systems.
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business is preferred.
  • Beauty Therapy/Aesthetics qualification or higher preferred

The Rewards

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, education and demonstrated track record of success.

In addition: Generous monthly base Salary and car allowance plus a performance-based incentive package on offer in addition to other benefits.
