Commercial Insurance Account Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to take their career to the next level. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market commercial clients, maintaining and growing strong relationships with a focus on retention and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and service a portfolio of mid-market commercial clients
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships with a focus on retention and service excellence
- Oversee renewals, endorsements, new business quotes, and policy documentation
- Liaise with underwriters to secure competitive terms for clients
- Collaborate with your support team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processing
- 4+ years' experience in commercial or mid-market insurance
- Tier 1 qualification (or working towards)
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and committed to client satisfaction
- Flexibility to work from home one day a week
- A stable and experienced team with long-term client relationships
- A dedicated Assistant Account Executive to support portfolio servicing and administration
