We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Chef who can:

  1. Manage the pass and drive the kitchen team.
  2. Confidently oversee ordering systems and procedures.
  3. Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation across all dishes.
  4. Have a good understanding of Excel and scheduling software.
  5. Uphold food safety standards.
  6. Step in to lead the kitchen when necessary.
  7. Assist in training and mentoring junior chefs, cooks, and apprentices.
  8. Create and promote a fun work environment.

Ideally, you will have:

  • 3 years' experience in a senior role in a high-end restaurant.
  • Italian cuisine & pasta making experience preferred but not essential.
  • High attention to detail and finesse.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude.
