We're looking for a Sous Chef who is truly sous-per.
Supporting the Head Chef, you'll use your collaborative skills to develop the kitchen team and increase operational efficiency.
In this role, you'll play an integral part in delivering pub experiences our locals love.

Responsibilities
Running the pass and leading the crew when the heat is on (literally)
Keeping food quality sharp, consistent, and on point in a busy kitchen
Backing up the Head Chef with ordering, stock, and day-to-day ops
Mentoring the up-and-comers and keeping the team vibe strong
Helping drive creativity, efficiency, and good times in the kitchen
Qualifications
Proven chops as a Sous or Senior Sous in a high-volume, high-quality venue
You know that the recipe for an exceptional guest experience contains the perfect mix of passion and productivity
You are hungry to produce high quality dishes and have an entrepreneurial spirit
Reliable, organised, and hungry for the next step in your career
