We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual with a high level of reception and administration experience to join us on a full time basis. Reporting to the State Manager – Victoria, you will be the face and voice of our Melbourne team, and as such will play a pivotal role in ensuring our team continues to offer a professional and friendly quality service.

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Meet and greet all visitors to the office
  • Answering and/or directing phone calls
  • Preparing medical files
  • Providing information and advice to clients or prospective clients
  • General administrative tasks such as filing, scanning and scheduling
  • Mail distribution and dispatch
  • Managing the day to day preparation of consulting suites
  • Administration support to Medical Consultants

Qualifications

To be successful for this role you will have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
