The Role

As Director of Sales, you will:

· Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with business goals

· Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team

· Build and deepen relationships with cardiologists, hospitals, and clinics

· Identify new growth opportunities and manage strategic accounts

· Report on key metrics and performance indicators

· Collaborate across departments (marketing, clinical, operations) to support adoption and customer satisfaction

This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on the company's growth trajectory.

About You

You're a seasoned sales leader who:

· Has proven success in sales leadership, ideally in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare services

· Brings existing networks in cardiology, hospitals, or private health sectors

· Has a strong track record of exceeding ambitious sales targets

· Is equally strategic and hands-on with the ability to inspire, build, and lead

· Thrives in fast-growth, purpose-led environments

· Is driven, collaborative, and laser-focused on results
