As a key team member, you'll work on innovative projects shaping the future of Allens and the legal industry. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with talented individuals, tackle meaningful challenges, and contribute to impactful solutions. You will work closely with the Head of Innovation Services and collaborate across the firm to:
- Support delivery of the firm's digital transformation, innovation, and AI initiatives.
- Assist in organizing internal communications, events, and sponsorships to promote engagement with digital and innovation initiatives.
- Play a pivotal role in our Innovation Network, managing squad operations and facilitating collaboration.
- Support external communications, client pitches, and update client-facing content.
- Assist in planning and executing workshops, training sessions, and skills programs.
- Handle operational tasks like managing reports, travel, and expenses.
- Coordinate firm-wide innovation awards, industry listings, and sponsorships.
This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position with hybrid working (60% in-office). We are flexible and open to discussing arrangements that suit your needs.
About you
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Skilled in MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Whiteboard
- Experienced in administration, project coordination, or legal support roles
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing priorities
- Curious, collaborative, eager to learn and grow in innovation
- Desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others
