Digital Innovation Hub Concierge

This is a customer-focused role where you will be the friendly face of a digital and data science innovation hub. As a concierge, you will interact with a diverse community of visitors, staff, and partners, providing top-notch customer service and support.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Front-of-House Services: Greet visitors, manage inquiries, and guide users to their destinations, serving as the primary point of contact for the precinct.
- Support Event Management: Assist with setup, coordination, and breakdown of events, including managing bookings and providing on-site support.
- Maintain Facility Operations: Ensure meeting spaces are well-presented, assist with audio-visual equipment, and coordinate with service providers for seamless operations.
- Enhance Customer Experience: Develop FAQs, implement service improvements, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
