About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Developer, where you will be responsible for coordinating and developing innovative, high-quality food products.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to implement product development plans in line with our product strategy. This includes meeting financial targets, developing and improving product ranges, and contributing to the overall success of our brand's food targets.

As a Product Developer, you will travel locally and internationally to identify new trends and integrate findings into our food strategy. You will also be responsible for working with customer insights teams to understand wider trends in food and lifestyle, packaging, design, and ingredients.

To succeed in this role, you will have a trade qualification or Bachelor's Degree in Food or Commercial Cookery. You will also be able to mentor and train more junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing product development plans in line with our product strategy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Traveling locally and internationally to identify new trends and integrate findings into our food strategy
  • Working with customer insights teams to understand wider trends in food and lifestyle, packaging, design, and ingredients
