Communications Manager

We are seeking a skilled Communications Manager to join our high-performing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing internal communication strategies to boost employee engagement, partnering with clients on communicating key project updates and milestones, building strong relationships with journalists and industry contacts, planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and industry events, and coordinating media interviews, press briefings, and other media-related communications.

About the Role
  • Developing and implementing internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
  • Partnering with clients to communicate key project updates and milestones, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists and industry contacts to secure media coverage and promote the company's brand.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and industry events that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Coordinating media interviews, press briefings, and other media-related communications to effectively manage the company's reputation and public image.
Requirements
  • A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
