About The DivisionCorporate Services Division provides a range of specialised performance enabling functions that supports QRA to meet its compliance obligations, operate efficiently and achieve its strategic priorities.
About The TeamDigital Services and ICT is responsible for the design, operation, and management of digital services, ICT infrastructure, electronic assets, databases, systems support and management of associated contracts and service providers. Close working interaction is required with the Information Management and Security function.
About The Role- Routinely, provide timely 1st Level support for QRA's desktop environment, business applications, Internet, intranet, business software and supported hardware, both in person and remotely (as required) using ITIL methodologies.
- Contribute to the process mapping, documentation and improvement of workflows for ICT support tools and automation platforms.
- Support the testing and implementation of ICT support tools and automation solutions.
- Support the delivery of key ICT projects including migration to Microsoft 11.
- Assist in the Coordination of monitoring and reporting of initiative progress, risks and outcomes.
- Provide in person advice and support to enhance the user experience of unfamiliar technologies.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement in governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and knowledge management assets.
- Support compliance alignment with ICT Strategy, Queensland Government Enterprise Architecture standards, and audit requirements.
- Support the team to deliver customer focused outcomes during times of crisis, surge or business continuity outages.
- This role reports to the Team Leader (ICT).
QRA's workforce is agile and ready to respond quickly to support disaster priorities. You may have the opportunity to undertake other temporary duties or work in alternative locations to support impacted communities.
