As a Specialist Support Coordinator, you will work alongside participants with complex needs to help them build capacity, navigate the NDIS system, and achieve their personal goals.
You'll be the key connection point between participants, service providers, and support systems, ensuring plans are implemented effectively and barriers are addressed with creativity and empathy.Why Choose MPOT?
