What You'll Do

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement commercial strategies across both mining and refinery operations

• Contract Management: Oversee major service contracts including catering, mining, refining, reagents, diesel and utilities

• Financial Oversight: Drive budget management, cost reporting and business intelligence across both sites

• Stakeholder Management: Interface between site operations and corporate commercial/legal teams

• Team Leadership: Lead commercial analysts and influence multi-disciplinary teams across both locations

• Business Development: Identify and progress opportunities for superior commercial outcomes and cost savings

What You'll Bring

• Experience: Minimum 5 years strategic management experience in mining, refining or resources sector

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, Engineering, Finance or Accounting

• Skills: Strong commercial acumen, contract management, budgeting and financial analysis

• Leadership: Proven ability to influence teams across multiple functions and drive results

• Knowledge: Familiarity with minerals processing and mining operations
