Portfolio Management Lead

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a growing portfolio and play a key role in the future direction of commercial management.

The Role
  • Oversee a growing portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords.
  • Handle lease administration, renewals, and negotiations.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor activities.
  • Manage budgets, arrears, and monthly financial reporting.
  • Take on Business Development opportunities.
  • Help develop and refine systems and processes for the department.
  • Support junior staff and lead the property management team.
About You

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years experience managing your own commercial portfolio and hold a current WA real estate registration. You will ideally have experience providing inspiring leadership to a team and a solid understanding of software solutions. You must have a WA Drivers license and your own vehicle.
