The opportunity: We've partnered with a forward-thinking, mid-sized contractor delivering integrated energy and infrastructure projects across WA.
They're looking for a Commercial Manager to lead their pre-contracts and delivery support teams - someone who can bridge the gap between estimating, bid strategy, and commercial support through project execution.
This is a newly defined leadership role for someone with both front-end and delivery-side commercial expertise.
Lead a team of 8 across estimating, bid coordination and commercial support Shape and drive tender strategy, pricing, and risk analysis Ensure a seamless handover from pre-contracts into project delivery Work cross-functionally with BD, delivery, engineering and legal Own the commercial governance and performance of key projects Mentor and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment A senior commercial leader with 10+ years' experience across tendering and project delivery Strong understanding of contracts, pricing strategies, and risk mitigation Previous experience in the mining, infrastructure or construction sectors Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams Someone who thrives in a growth environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats Ready to shape the future of a growing business?
