What You'll Actually Do- Be the frontline for people who need us most — participants, families, referrers.
- Own the intake process end to end : from the first "hello" to the first day of services.
- Build real relationships, not transactional ones.
- Partner with internal teams so clients never feel like they're being "handed off."
- Spot opportunities to grow and strengthen our presence in the community — and go after them.
- Represent Leora with empathy, conviction, and unapologetic honesty.
- You've thrived in high-volume, high-pressure environments — and you didn't crumble.
- You can build rapport in minutes — no scripts, no jargon.
- You've done sales, intake, or client-facing roles before and actually enjoyed it.
- You thrive on juggling multiple priorities — and don't drop the ball.
- Bonus if you know NDIS or healthcare, but heart + hustle > acronyms.
- Most importantly: you give a damn.
