You bring a data-driven approach, using insights to shape recommendations that keep UniSC at the forefront of student support. And as a natural representative and communicator, you're ready to engage with sector networks and contribute meaningfully within UniSC's forums and committees.
Minimum Requirements

- Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering engagement and success.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, offering informed decisions and proactive recommendations to senior leaders.
- Excellent communicator, skilled in advising, influencing, and negotiating to achieve positive results.
- In-depth knowledge of the Higher Education sector and relevant legislation around student and academic administration.
- Comprehensive understanding of student systems, data, and reporting needs.
