Senior Proposal Development Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the entire bid lifecycle, creating high-quality bid and tender responses. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the full bid process from start to finish
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions
- Work closely with subject matter experts to create accurate and impactful content
- Evaluate all proposals and tenders to ensure compliance with company policies, branding, and industry regulations
- Conduct thorough reviews to guarantee the quality and accuracy of submissions
- Assist with the maintenance of data and bid information libraries
- Review and update CVs, Case Studies, and Capability Statements
- Prior experience as a Tender/Bid/Proposals Coordinator
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational skills
- Planning, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong team player with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processes
