We seek a Lead Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer who is proactive in client delivery and enjoys working in a fun, collaborative team environment.
Our team is known for delivering innovative, safe, and industry-leading projects, including materials handling and water infrastructure projects, with ongoing work across mining and hydrocarbon sectors.
You should be a detail-oriented engineer with experience from initial concept through detailed design, installation, and commissioning.

You will be a Lead Engineer working with passionate engineers and designers to produce high-quality deliverables.
As a professional engineer, you will have:
15+ years of relevant Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering experience
Design exposure to LV and HV distribution systems, motor control centres, and switchboards
RPEQ registration is required
Experience with PTW and e Tap is preferred but not essential
PLC and Remote IO control system design
Material handling and process plant instrumentation design
Experience with open pit and underground mining electrical infrastructure
HV and LV power system modelling and protection design (preferred)
Experience in mining, oil and gas, water, and infrastructure sectors
Experience in generating study reports, scopes of work, equipment specifications, and datasheets
Experience in estimating and quoting engineering work
A strong focus on safety in design (preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to standards
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
The role is mainly office-based with occasional onsite work
Degree or equivalent in Electrical, Instrument, Control, or Mechatronics engineering is mandatory
