Electrical Contractor Licences: Qld - 3370, NSW C, NT - C1987

About the Role:

Our Industrial Division is seeking applications for a 6-month electrical construction project in Townsville commencing in October We are seeking applicants for the following roles:

  • Leading Hands
  • Electricians
  • E&I Dual Traders

We are seeking Qld residents (preferred) or the ability to be hired from the Brisbane Airport.

We will Provide:

  • Attractive remuneration
  • 6 month / Full Time opportunity with opportunity for extension and relocation to other projects
  • 14 days on / 7 days off roster
  • Flights from Brisbane or other Qld major airports

Skills and experience

Essential:

  • Electrical Mechanic Licence (Qld)
  • Manual Driver License (C)
  • CPR-LVR
  • Work Safely at Heights
  • High Risk Work Licence - Work Platform
  • Telehandler (Trades Assistants)

About You

  • 2 years in electrical construction on industrial projects
  • Good working knowledge of AS/NZS 3000, 3012, 3017, 3760, 3008.1, 4836
  • Safety first attitude to work within a positive safety culture
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

The role(s) includes operation of heavy machinery and the performance of safety critical and high precision tasks. As such, applicants must not be prescribed medication or suffer from a medical condition that may affect ability to perform such tasks.
