About the role Due to our continued expansion and evolving business needs, we are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and manage our entire group sales teams across both Victoria and Queensland.
This opportunity will see you make a significant impact and drive success across two key states in a rapidly growing business.
We're looking for an energetic and driven Group Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales teams across Victoria and Queensland to achieve and surpass Glenvill goals for profitable revenue growth.
In this high-impact role, you'll oversee a dedicated group of Sales Managers and teams and be entrusted with the full responsibility of a key geographic territory and vertical market.
You'll be the strategic leader, providing direction to the group and fostering strong relationships with key internal departments, ensuring that all resources are aligned and focused on achieving our ambitious sales targets.
You'll play a crucial role in driving performance through effective leadership, reporting on sales trends (past, present, and future), and providing insights into sales and business activities across all segments of the group.
You will work closely with Key Stakeholders, Research & Development, and Marketing to tap into new opportunities, develop innovative sales strategies, and implement actionable sales plans.
Plus, you'll have the chance to manage a talented group of professionals and elevate their careers while meeting exciting targets.
Responsibilities: Oversee full reports outlining leads, appointments, deposits and sales accepts.
Drive weekly and monthly forecast at the beginning of each month.
Direct short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support strategic business goals.
Establish the performance goals, allocate resources, and assess policies for sales management.
Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company products and services.
Direct and participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans.
Participate in capital market development, including participation in road shows, bank meetings, analyst meetings, and more as required by the Managing Director.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
Analyse and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
Calibrate with marketing and R&D in monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Assist sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
Review and analyse sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.
Apply research insights to provide compelling advertising solutions based on the company's business strengths.
About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy.

Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning.
Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external constituencies.
Immaculate presentation.
Experience in residential construction: 7 - 10 years is mandatory.
