Salary range: $86,436 - $101,868 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging
Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model
About the role We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to join the Legal Practice, Civil Justice and Legal Help directorate (LPCJLH) at Victoria Legal Aid.
You will provide comprehensive executive support to the Executive Director, Legal Practice, Civil Justice and Legal Help, and the Director of Civil Justice.
In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of executive support duties including diary management, minute taking, preparation of written correspondence, maintaining accounts and budgets, coordinating travel arrangements and assisting with program activities and events across the Legal Practice, Civil Justice and Legal Help directorate.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
About you As our ideal candidate, you will have:
Demonstrated high level organisational skills including the ability to manage own work priorities, meet deadlines, establish systems and processes, manage budgets and coordinate projects, show initiative and identify and address preparation needs for the Executive Director and Director's appointments.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy and discretion, the ability to maintain confidentiality, the exercise of sound judgement and the ability to liaise effectively and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to write in a clear and concise manner.
