About the Role Join our dynamic EPMO team and take ownership of portfolio systems and data that drive strategic decision-making across the university.
As our Systems and Reporting Specialist, you'll lead the development of reporting tools and dashboards using platforms like Power BI, ensuring data quality and integration across Workday, Microsoft Project Online, and Altus.
This role is seeking someone with a strong grasp of project, program, and portfolio management standards, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
You'll work closely with stakeholders, support key initiatives, and help shape performance metrics that matter.

About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

• Build and maintain scalable, structured data models to support reporting, automation, and performance measurement.
• Design and produce dashboards and reports using Power BI, transforming raw data into meaningful insights for executives and delivery teams
• Maintain and administer EPMO's portfolio systems (e.g.
Work Day, Microsoft Project Online, Altus), ensuring they support governance, delivery, and reporting needs.
This involves managing system configurations, access controls, and user permissions to ensure data security and integrity.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure consistency and quality across all project and portfolio data.
This includes defining data standards, validation rules, and data entry protocols.
• Create and maintain a matrix for all external and internal reporting requirements.
• Partner with colleagues in Project Finance, Resource & Scheduling, Change, and Delivery to integrate data inputs and develop holistic reporting views

Qualifications
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
• Extensive management experience and proven management expertise; or
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
