We are Hiring: Head of Finance This is a rare opportunity to join a global software and services company transforming the way construction projects are designed and built.

ADDA is a global leader in rebar detailing and design, providing software and services that add value to large infrastructure and construction projects worldwide.

With a growing international footprint, ADDA is now positioned at the forefront of modern methods of construction.

Due to the approaching retirement of the incumbent, we are seeking a commercially minded Head of Finance to help guide ADDA through its next phase of growth and transformation.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity in a Saa S and services environment, with direct exposure to private equity and a clear pathway to CFO.

The role will be instrumental in building scalable financial infrastructure, enabling commercial growth, and supporting strategic execution across international markets.

This is a lean, high-impact environment suited to someone who thrives on ownership, commercial thinking, and strategic execution.

Key responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Lead the financial transformation of the business.

Provide commercial insights and strategic guidance to support turnaround and growth.

Responsible for overseeing Human Resources and Company Secretarial duties.

Financial Management and Governance Lead financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, tax, treasury, and audit.

Hands on detailed cashflow management.

Continuous improvement of financial controls, systems, and reporting frameworks.

Ensure compliance across international jurisdictions.

Business Development Enablement Support commercial strategy and pricing models for software and services.

Contribute to strategic bids and client engagement, especially in infrastructure and mega-projects.

Operational Excellence Drive cost efficiency and process improvement across finance and operations.

Implement systems to support recurring revenue, Saa S metrics, and project profitability.

Required Qualifications & Experience CA/CPA qualified; MBA preferred10+ years in finance roles, ideally in Saa S, construction tech, or PE-backed environments.

Strong ERP and financial systems knowledge; advanced modelling and reporting capabilities.

Previous success in capital management/raising.

Strategic, operational discipline and continuous improvement mindset Proven success in turnaround, stakeholder management, and strategic execution.

Experience in international operations, software commercialisation, and capital strategy.

Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner with technical and sales teams.
