Introduction

Three Peaks Finance is a growing commercial asset finance brokerage specialising in funding machinery, vehicles, and equipment for Australian businesses. With our head office in South Melbourne, we work closely with business owners across the country, to secure the right finance solutions to support their growth.

We're a dynamic, motivated team who value clear communication, strong relationships, and delivering quality outcomes for our clients. As part of our vibrant, young team, you'll work closely with our operations staff and company directors to structure and submit finance applications that help our clients achieve their goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyse financial statements, calculate key metrics, and package loan applications.
  • Prepare detailed credit assessments with clear recommendations.
  • Liaise with brokers, clients, and lenders to gather documents and resolve issues.
  • Ensure applications comply with bank policies and regulations.
  • Monitor client loans and identify any emerging risks.
  • Analyse the client current and future lending requirements and accurately decipher lender policies to ensure the most suitable and apt solutions are achieved on behalf the client.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar (preferred but not essential).
  • 2–5 years' experience in credit analysis, commercial finance, or asset finance.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive attitude and a fun, team-oriented approach.
