We welcome people from all backgrounds and experiences to join our team and help us deliver on our mission.We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Site Logistics to lead our warehouse and logistics operations at the Tullamarine site.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient movement and storage of materials and products, including those of national significance.Your roleReporting to the Head of Supply Chain your responsibilities will be:Lead GMP warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods between CSL and 3 PL sites.
Oversee quality and compliance across logistics operations, supporting audits and implementing corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and manage budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Global Logistics.
Your ExperienceTertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field (APICS certification preferred).
Demonstrated experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
Strong understanding of c GMP, regulatory standards (TGA, FDA), and cold chain logistics.
Experience leading teams and work effectively across departments and sites.
Analytical and proactive with a safety-first mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
