Senior Site Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of an advanced industrial development project in Tarneit, Melbourne's western corridor.

  • Lead on-site operations ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate and manage a diverse team of subcontractors, trades, and site staff.
  • Oversee project plans and ensure implementation of construction methodologies and sequencing.
  • Maintain control over schedule, site logistics, and documentation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, QA/QC checks, and progress reporting.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver projects in the $10-25 million range with expertise in overseeing high-value industrial construction.
  • Mentor junior site staff and foster a collaborative team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in industrial or large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Proven track record delivering projects with strong command of safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound understanding of Victorian building regulations, OH&S practices, and industrial construction protocols.
  • Formal qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
