Site Logistics Manager Responsibilities
  • Oversee the efficient management of GMP warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Maintain effective relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods between sites.
  • Evaluate and improve quality and compliance across logistics operations, supporting audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage performance metrics.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field (APICS certification preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP, regulatory standards, and cold chain logistics.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and sites.
  • Analytical and proactive mindset, with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
