We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Site Logistics to lead our warehouse and logistics operations at the Tullamarine site.
This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient movement and storage of materials and products, including those of national significance.
Your role Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, your responsibilities will include: Leading GMP warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
Managing relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods between CSL and 3 PL sites.
Overseeing quality and compliance across logistics operations, supporting audits, and implementing corrective actions.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Developing and managing budgets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams across global Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, and Global Logistics.
Your Experience Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field (APICS certification preferred).
Demonstrated experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
Strong understanding of c GMP, regulatory standards (TGA, FDA), and cold chain logistics.
Experience leading teams and working effectively across departments and sites.
Analytical and proactive, with a safety-first mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
