Accounts Payable/receivable Excel Genius

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role requires an Excel-savvy professional with strong Accounts Receivable and banking experience who can work confidently with large volumes of data—entirely in Excel (no ERP system).
Key Responsibilities : Work hands-on with large datasets and carry out manual data processing Create and manage Pivot Tables and apply auto-matching techniques Process high-volume invoicing (approximately 400 schools weekly)Prepare and mail merge PDF invoices using Excel Reconcile customer payments against invoices using Excel matching skills Reconcile bank receipts to invoices sent out Requirements : Experience in Accounts Receivable and bank reconciliations Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves Excel and is ready to jump into a fast-paced, supportive team environment.
