Our client is seeking an ambitious Associate – Real Estate (2–4 PAE) to work across a diverse mix of commercial property matters while being mentored by highly respected Partners.
Expect hands-on responsibility, direct client contact and the variety to accelerate your technical growth.
Salary and features of this position:

Acquisitions & disposals of assets, companies and trusts (contract drafting, negotiation, due diligence) Development & construction issues (planning, zoning, permits, land use, titling & subdivision) Property finance (mortgages, refinancing, security packages) Project Delivery & Development Management Agreements Syndications & joint ventures, transaction structuring and risk allocation Commercial contracts supporting real estate projects and operations Clients include national developers, corporates, private capital, funds, government and NFPs across office, retail, industrial, mixed-use and build-to-rent.
Key Requirements:
2–4 years' PAE in commercial real estate/property law Solid drafting and negotiation skills; strong academics Exposure to acquisitions/disposals, DD, finance and development work Commercial acumen with excellent written and verbal communication Team-focused mindset; able to work autonomously when required Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn If you are interested in applying for this role you can apply now through the link below.
