Our client is a leading national commercial law firm, renowned for delivering intelligent and commercially driven solutions.
They are seeking a talented Senior Associate to join their Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Sydney CBD.
You'll work closely with Principals and a high-performing team on a wide variety of disputes, including insolvency and bankruptcy matters, while enjoying a collaborative and people-focused culture.

Salary and Features of the Position:
Attractive salary package (flexible depending on experience) | $140,000 - $170,000 (Guide) Prestigious Sydney CBD office with premium facilities Career progression in a growing national firm Collegiate, people-first culture with strong mentorship Opportunities to mentor junior lawyers and shape case strategy About the Position: The successful candidate will: Manage a diverse range of commercial disputes and insolvency matters Advise insolvency practitioners and directors on restructuring and recovery strategies Work across asset sales, capital raising, debt recovery, receiverships, and safe harbour advice Provide PPSA advice to secured creditors and manage litigation in multiple jurisdictions Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings Collaborate with colleagues nationally and contribute to business development initiatives Mentor and support junior lawyers within the team What We're Looking For: Minimum 5 years' PAE in litigation and dispute resolution (insolvency experience highly regarded) Strong technical, drafting, and advocacy skills Ability to manage matters independently and deliver practical, commercial outcomes Proven experience in advising on insolvency, restructuring, and directors' duties Excellent client relationship skills and collaborative team mindset Demonstrated leadership or mentoring capability If you are ready to take the next step in your litigation career, apply now in confidence.
