Managing & responding to face-to-face & phone enquiries about the service from patients & clinicians with professionalism & efficiency.
Efficient scheduling of patient appointments, staff schedules & new patient processes & referrals.
General office duties, including filing and scanning of documents into patient's files & so forth.
