We currently have a vacancy for an experienced and talented Business Services Operator to join the wonderful team at our South Perth office.THE ROLE Our ideal candidate is client-focused with a background in logistics operations, a passion for delivering solutions, excellent customer service skills, and an inherent ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders Proactively and successfully manage a portfolio of corporate clients Deliver excellent frontline customer service, prioritising tasks to meet timeframes.
Demonstrate a commitment to learning and growth, collaborating with team members to explore new ideas and solutions.
Prepare quotations and consignment notes Manage freight bookings Required Experienced & Skills: Previous operations experience with a freight forwarder or in a related industry Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Sound knowledge and understanding of freight management, pricing structures, volumes, weights, road rules/regulations.
