Direct message the job poster from TOM People 12-months daily rate contract Sydney, hybrid We're partnering with a leading financial services business to recruit an experienced Change Lead for a 12-month daily rate contract, working on a large-scale regulatory compliance program kicking off shortly.
About the Program You'll be joining at the very beginning of a major, enterprise-wide initiative - owning the end-to-end change strategy and execution across multiple workstreams , alongside a team of Change Managers.
This program has both regulatory and transformative business outcomes at its core.
What You'll Be Doing Lead full lifecycle change delivery across a multi-stream, cross-functional program Shape and execute strategic change enablement plans (readiness, engagement, learning) Partner closely with senior executives to influence decision-making under tight timeframes Balance regulatory urgency (APRA, ASIC, etc.) with long-term transformation goals Drive measurable outcomes – adoption, behaviour shift, and performance uplift Support sponsor alignment and readiness frameworks during the early shaping phase Proven experience leading large-scale regulatory change programs (12+ months) Strong background influencing at the executive level and managing trade-offs Expertise in navigating ambiguity, resource constraints, and evolving program scope Financial services industry experience is highly regarded Please note due to volume, we'll only be able to respond to candidates who meet the above criteria.
