What you'll find at DUNK: Remote Thursdays Early Friday knock-offs (2pm finish with team beers) Annual team trips when targets are met Monthly team challenges (e.g., steps, workouts, screen-time cutbacks, meditation) We're looking for a Head of Growth who wants to drive revenue and be part of the DUNK culture, collaborating, leading, and helping plan team events.
The Role Head of Growth (sales & marketing quarterback).
Own DUNK's growth strategy, with KPI and finance reporting directly to the Financial Director.
Ideal for someone eager to scale a thriving agency, who blends strategy, creativity, and sales.
What You'll Do Drive overall growth of DUNK Agency (Mo M & Yo Y revenue targets) Manage inbound + outbound pipelines (warm leads & cold outreach via Pipedrive) Run discovery & sales calls (confident talking numbers and pricing) Create & execute sales strategies aligned with agency goals Prepare proposals via Ignition & manage client billing alongside Operations Keep agency revenue + lead trackers up to date and optimised Marketing & Campaigns Oversee DUNK's paid ad strategy (Media Team to run campaigns) Own lead-gen for 4 services: Full Management, Paid Media, EDM & DUNK League Collaborate with EDM + design teams on flows (welcome, nurture, re-engagement) Script and plan creative ads for Meta, with the creative team Build/brief high-converting landing pages in Click Funnels Marketing Systems & Website Ensure sales funnels + onboarding processes are optimised Manage tools: Pipedrive, Click Funnels, Many Chat, Zapier Oversee website updates + optimisation with external developers Social Media & Content Write captions, schedule content, maintain an 8 posts/month cadence + stories Build & manage our content
