**About the Opportunity**
We have an attractive opportunity to lead our Finance team and the organisation into a continuing sustainable future.
Having recently completed an uplift of our finance systems, the Head of Finance will continue to monitor and ensure robust financial systems and processes are in place to support organisation efficiency and drive improvements to reporting, analytics and finance business partnering.
The Head of Finance will work closely with a close knit, cohesive team with multi functional coverage to support organisational growth, effective planning and budgeting and ensuring strong financial controls and governance frameworks.
Reporting to the ED, Corporate Services, this position will also foster productive relationships with external stakeholders including auditors, bankers, various State and Federal Government departments and service providers. This position also provides services to the Finance Board Sub Committee and will be a key participant.
**About you**
You hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting or other Business related field. You are CA/CPA qualified and have had significant years of experience in a similar Financial leadership position.

Resourceful and collaborative, you have a passion for being a dependable and supportive Finance business partner to non-finance stakeholders, providing analysis and insights that lead to sound decision making and informing budgets.
You are confident and comfortable in your influencing and people skills to be hands on and detailed when necessary, yet maintain a vision of the long term, strategic goals and will ensure systems and processes are in place to achieve these.
