We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Growth to join our dynamic team.
About the Role:- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our client base.
- Lead and manage inbound and outbound pipelines, including warm leads and cold outreach.
- Run discovery and sales calls to identify new business opportunities.
- Create and execute sales strategies aligned with agency goals.
- Prepare proposals and manage client billing in collaboration with Operations.
- Drive overall growth of DUNK Agency, meeting monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize sales funnels and onboarding processes.
- Oversee DUNK's paid ad strategy, working closely with the Media Team.
- Own lead generation for four services: Full Management, Paid Media, EDM, and DUNK League.
- Collaborate with EDM and design teams to create engaging content flows.
- Proven experience in eCommerce or agency management.
- Deep knowledge of paid media (Meta and Google), Klaviyo EDM, and profitability models.
- Energetic and quick-thinking team player with excellent communication skills.
- Confident communicator, comfortable leading sales calls and strategy sessions.
- Full autonomy to shape growth strategy and make key decisions.
- Commission scheme linked to sales results.
