Salary and Features of the Position
Senior Associate Role: $150,000 – $200,000 + super (depending on experience) Flexible 3:2 hybrid work model with generous leave entitlements Merit-based promotion framework with regular career forecasting Work closely with a fast-growing team focused on high-value TMT matters Diverse client base including major corporates and tech-led organisations Culture of collaboration, ownership and direct client contact Strong support structure with national reach and workflow No portable practice required About the Position This opportunity sits within a national Corporate & Commercial team, with the Sydney group specialising in technology and telecommunications contracting.
The role offers a mix of complex drafting, regulatory guidance, and advisory work tied to major tech procurement and outsourcing projects.
Draft and negotiate complex technology, telco and commercial contracts Advise on regulatory and compliance frameworks relating to tech transactions Support on bespoke procurement and outsourcing matters Work with clients across sectors including public, private and digital services Play a key role in client engagement and internal leadership Key Requirements Minimum 4 years PAE with a strong background in TMT or Commercial law Experience in IT procurement, outsourcing, and complex contracting Ability to manage files autonomously and take ownership of client matters Strategic thinker with commercial judgement Enjoys client interaction and being part of a collaborative team If you are interested in applying for this role you can apply now through the link below.
