A top-tier law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Lawyer (4+ PQE) to join their high-performing corporate team in Sydney.

This firm has a leading Corporate practice, advising major corporates, private equity firms, financial institutions, and ASX-listed companies on high-value domestic and cross-border transactions. The team handles public and private M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments across a wide range of industries, including financial services, energy & resources, infrastructure, and TMT.

This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile deals, collaborate with industry-leading partners, and develop your expertise in a dynamic and collegiate environment.

Requirements
  • 4+ years PQE in M&A / Corporate law
  • Experience in a top-tier, national, or highly regarded corporate practice
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills
