With a calm and adaptable approach, you'll manage everything from security checks to admin tasks, while providing reassurance and assistance to residents when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor building safety through regular checks and respond to any issues or emergencies overnight.
Manage incidents including conflicts, grievances, and after-hours emergencies.
Support residents as a friendly, approachable point of contact for welfare and assistance.
Complete admin tasks such as record-keeping, reporting, and payment processing.
Respond to resident needs like noise complaints, disturbances, and lockouts.
