Proven Experience: You'll have prior experience as a Medical Receptionist, ideally within a specialist or private practice setting.

Your Role Will Involve: Managing all patient enquiries and appointments, both over the phone and in person.
Welcoming patients and ensuring a smooth and comfortable arrival experience.
Maintaining accurate patient records and managing billing processes.
Assisting with general administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the practice.
Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality.
