OurCompany OMNI Ultrasound and Gynaecological Care is Sydney's leading ultrasound imaging centre of excellence for women. We are located across four sites (St Leonards, Sydney CBD, Dee Why and Kingswood). This premium practice provides high quality ultrasound to pregnant and non-pregnant women in a sensitive and caring environment.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team, which includes medical specialists, sonographers, and fellow receptionists. This position is primarily based in Sydney CBD, with occasional travel required to St Leonards, and less frequently to Dee Why and Penrith. Flexibility and a willingness to work across multiple locations as needed are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • As an experienced Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for patient bookings, inquiries, generating reports, general administrative duties and communicating with medical professionals.
  • You will support the Specialists and Sonographers to deliver excellent patient care and the highest standard of ultrasound and reporting.
  • You will be supported by our experienced Practice Manager who is based in St Leonards.
  • You will be exposed to a leading ultrasound service led by a world-renowned gynaecologist.
What you'll need to succeed
  • A caring and compassionate nature with a patient first focus
  • The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Happy to work as part of a team and independently
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle a variety of tasks
  • Highly personable with the ability to build and maintain rapport
  • 2-3 years recent receptionist experience in medical imaging or a medical field
  • Previous experience using Karisma/KestralRadiology software system required
  • Previous experience in GE Viewpoint software system preferred
  • The full-time role is required Monday-Friday starting ASAP.
