
Senior Listings Manager

The ODPP is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the personnel and operations within the Listings and Data Entry division.
The Listings Manager will provide direct engagement for facilitating efficiencies and service improvements between the ODPP and the courts, supports State Prosecutors with queries, arranges the listing of State applications, and communicates all court schedule updates.
They are responsible for the development of staff and building and maintaining key working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, applicants will need to demonstrate:
Strong Leadership experience, with the capability to deliver training, mentoring, and professional development of staff.
Knowledge or understanding of court practices or procedures, as it relates to co-ordinating and scheduling of counsel for representation.
Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to formulate evidence-based responses, process improvement, and innovative solutions and strategies.
Experience with case or document management systems with strong attention to detail and maintaining accurate data for reporting and operational use.
Highly developed verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to structure and present information clearly, professionally, and succinctly.
Strong ability to develop, manage and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including key senior stakeholders.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a recruitment pool.
This pool will run for a period of twelve months and may be used to fill other similar permanent and fixed-term full time and part time vacancies if they arise and subject to business needs, currently there is one available position for immediate filling.
