Job Title: Senior Risk Management Trainer

Our team seeks a highly skilled and experienced risk management trainer to lead the delivery of comprehensive safety training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, review, and update risk management training programs to meet organizational needs.
  2. Conduct regular audits of contractor documentation to verify compliance with safety protocols.
  3. Collaborate with operational teams to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted training initiatives.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in risk management training and auditing.
  2. Qualifications in Workplace Training & Assessing - TAE0116.
  3. WA Manual Driver's Licence.
